Our crew are the experienced hands who lead course and event village on race day — from 5ks to triathlons, festivals and multi-day builds. Crew are booked directly by our regional heads, with agreed day rates and hotels covered when you travel.
Work as Course crew, Event Village crew or hybrid across both — leading areas, managing marshall teams, building race-day infrastructure.
Standard day rates for 5k/10k/half events, higher rates for long drives, ultras and 12hr+ shifts, plus set-up day rates. No chasing invoices — attendance is confirmed and payment processed for you.
Crew levels run from Placement to Major Lead. Do great work, get rated by event leads, take on bigger events and higher rates.
