Vendor agreement

Version 2026-09. Trading at a RunThrough Event Village means agreeing to the following.

1. You'll arrive and be set up before the Event Village opens, and you won't break down or drive on site while runners are still finishing.
2. You hold valid public liability insurance of at least £5m for the whole day, and you'll keep a copy on file with us.
3. If you serve food or drink, you hold a current food hygiene rating of 3 or above and will display it at your pitch.
4. You'll supply your own power, water and waste unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, and you'll leave your pitch as you found it.
5. You'll trade only from the pitch you've been allocated, and only in the goods your booking covers.
6. You'll follow the event team's instructions on site, including anything asked of you on safety grounds.
7. If you can't make it, you'll tell us as early as you can — repeated late cancellation affects your rating and your priority for future events.

You accept this when you apply, and we’ll ask you to accept it again if the wording changes. Questions? Email the events team.
